I did three 10 minute walks again today. My PT gave me the go-ahead to get back on the treadmill at a comfortable walking pace for 5-10 minutes at a time. He also started me on more core strengthening exercises. He is impressed by how quickly I've progressed. I'll go back to PT 2 times next week and then I'm hoping I'll just have a home program.
