Usually on Tuesdays, I wait to get my 30 minutes in until I'm watching The Biggest Loser, but today I tried to recreate yesterday. Today, though, my back was pretty achy from a difficult day yesterday and yet another night of bad sleep. I knew it would probably only feel worse this evening. So, with The Wiggles Go Bananas and a snack preoccupying Dax and Ian once again and Jude asleep in the swing, I gave it a go. Surprisingly, a nice slow-paced walk (2.2 mph) was just what my back needed! It felt much more limber and less achy once I finished. I did get to add a little resistance to the last 5 minutes of my walk since Jude decided to join me in the Ergo! :) I'm so glad to have it out of the way today! Now all I have to do is attack the never-ending mountain of laundry during The Biggest Loser. :)
Oh yes, I know about that never ending laundry. Gotta have time to do it, so may as well watch Biggest Loser at the same time!! Love ya!
ReplyDeleteI love the Biggest Loser. We are a week behind since we are watching it online. But it is SO inspiring!!! Glad you were able to get another early walk in. It's so great to have a little "free" time during naps.
