Four for Four!!

Day four is under my belt. All 3 boys actually slept at the same time during nap, so I took advantage of it and got my 30 minutes out of the way! I still walked for the most part, but that urge to run is slowly creeping in. So, I scattered a few 60-90 second jogs into the mix today and ended up with 1.65 miles...certainly not an amazing distance for 30 minutes but the number is increasing and that's what I'm going for right now!

  1. May I remind you that on day one you went 1.35 miles. You are amazing. You'll get there...one step at a time. Glad the boys slept for you. Now go enjoy some yummy buttery popcorn made by Craig tonight! :)

  4. Go girls go! I ran/walked 1.5 today. Better than nothing! Let me know if you girls do a run here in Lincoln. I like peer pressure with these things. =)
