Couch to 5k: Week Four, Workout Two, 2.08 miles completed. The 5 minute runs are kicking my butt and I'm always so glad for a walk break. I have a long way to go to actually run a whole 5k and I'm only a few weeks away from the one I registered for. I'm scared!
Thanks for the race link. Your 5K sounds like a nice route. I miss the Mopac & I always like me a nice FLAT race! You'll be ready, you just wait and see. One step at a time my friend. ;)
