Day 63

Couch to 5K: week five, workout two for 2.13 miles completed.
Oh man, I barely made it through my workout today...8 minutes at a time is SO hard for me. I thought my lungs were going to explode both times...it took all I had not to hold on or hop off for a little break here and there! I'm super proud of myself for pushing through it and as always, feel great now that it's DONE! As far as Sunday's workout, I'm really not sure that I can pull off a 20 minute run without some sort of a break. As we've talked about before, I know the mental aspect is huge, so I'm gonna start talking myself up from now! I can do it!! ;)
