Day 103

Jacob stayed with the boys today, so I could get out for a run. I drove over to Holmes Lake since that's where my Saturday run will be. It was beautiful but so windy!!!! I didn't have a course map, so I just ran around the whole lake with one walk break because I had a side cramp that I just couldn't run through. It's always nice to run in a new place!

    wait, wait, wait crazy girl! it's tuesday...you walk on tuesdays! ;) ok, well, i'm glad you had a good run and had a chance to get out to where your race will be. that always helps!

    ya, i do walk on tuesday now, but i'm gonna run tues/thurs this week so i have a rest day before the race. ;)
