While I was walking on the treadmill (big bummer that I was stuck on that thing when it was so beautiful and cool out today), I was reading Marathoning for Mortals again. I kind of laughed when I read this: "...it's during sleep that your body secretes the highest amounts of growth hormone, the hormone responsible for healing and strengthening your muscles. Give your body rest and it will adapt, grow stronger, and--as if by magic--be able to run or walk longer and faster." Oh, to sleep more than 2-3 hours at a time...it will be magical!
