Treadmill run today...blah! I checked out
Losing It With Jillian online while I did a run that varied in speeds between 5.3-5.6 mph. I completed a 5 minute warm up and a 5 minute cool down and ran for 20 minutes for a total of 2.35 miles. I wasn't really sure if I was actually going to run today, but there's something about Jillian that can motivate you pretty quick. ;)
I LOVE Jillian! I watched the first episode of this last week. I was totally feeling uninspired to get on the treadmill but after watching her I was ready to start again! I would love to do a workout with Jillian & Bob!
