Whew! I'm tired. After my second "aerobic interval" I was more than ready to be done. By "AI" number three I was pooped. Number four was just all around rough. My mantra was "race ready" which helped me push through the tough spots.
Tough spots aside, it feels really good to have something to train for!

I'm proud of you friend...glad you've found some new motivation! Your training program sounds really interesting...it'll be fun to mix it up rather than just run like "normal". :)
