Day 179

Today should've been a running day but I'm having a pain on the inside of my right foot extending into my arch when I walk on occasion. I think I should probably get new shoes soon!! Anyways, I opted for a long walk instead...my mom and I walked with the boys all the way to the library and back...2.35 miles...Dax rode is bike pretty much the whole time...impressive!! :) This was not a feat I would have tried without extra hands to help!! Thanks Mom!! :) I hope you're enjoying your day, Jess...eat some cake for me!!! ;)
