3 mile run in 31:35. Nothing too exciting. IT band is a little sore. I'm having a hard time finding a good pace lately. I'm wondering if that's causing the IT band pain? Maybe I'm running too slow and sloppy so to counteract that I speed up my pace which causes me to be sloppy as well. Hmm...
