Phew! Glad to have that run done and out of the way! My feet felt like bricks this morning; no, actually my whole body felt like a slab of concrete! The weather and temperature were perfect (for me) but it was early and my body was rebelling. I had to really, really push myself to keep going today...lots of mentally convincing myself that I could do it. I made it two laps around the park at an 11:12 pace with one quick walk break between laps. It can only get easier, right?!?!
