I'm feeling very proud of myself for getting out of bed on a MONDAY for a morning run! I think the best part of having my 30 minutes out of the way is that I get naptime to do whatever I need to or want to!! I couldn't bring myself to make two laps around the park again...it's just too monotonous! I made sure to stretch more before I started running...I think that helped me feel a little less concrete-like! I did 2.88 miles in 30:58 (a 10:45 pace)...better than Friday! Yay!! :)
