Couch to 5k, week nine workout one....whoa! I totally psyched myself out of this one. The goal was to run 3 miles in 30 minutes w/out walk breaks. I really like walk breaks. As soon as I got out of bed this morning I was already nervous for my run. Several times throughout the morning I had a feeling of dread. Each time I tried to re-focus my thoughts & feelings into something positive knowing that more than half of a run is mental. Anyways, I ended up going 3 miles in 33 minutes. Not bad in the grand scheme of things. But going over the 30 minute mark was a bit disheartening. I still have a few more weeks before my 5K and I'll get there.

Part of me is jealous of you for being on your final week of Couch to 5k and part of me is SO happy that I don't have to do 3 miles in 30 minutes right now. ;)
