I feel good right now!! I made it through Couch to 5K: Week Five, Workout One and completed 2.09 miles...not my highest mileage yet but I did three 5 minute runs, which I was nervous for. And the cherry on top is that I had it done before 10:00 a.m. Woohoo and thank you Netflix (and Jude for actually napping!)!!! ;)
Now off to clean up and head to the pediatrician's office AGAIN! On the bright side, I saw 50s in the forecast....Hallelujah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What! You can't be done already!?!!! Way to go. How about sending some of that motivation my way. ;)
