Day 21

I did my 30 minutes in three 10-minute segments today. My first two were just walks around the house, and the last one I actually tried the treadmill...only at 1.2 mph, but it's a start. We'll see what the PT says tomorrow. I know I'm moving a lot better now with much less pain...it's still there but it's nothing compared to Sunday and Monday!!!
