Couch to 5K: Week Two, Workout Three, 2.0 miles completed. I actually did an extra run and went 32 minutes, so that's why I had a bit of a jump from my last Couch to 5K day! My main reason for pushing a little harder? I was thinking about the box of chocolates and Lindor Milk Chocolate Truffles given to me by my 4 wonderful valentines that I'll be indulging in tonight (and likely for the next week)!! :)

Mmmm...chocolate!!! Can I come over?!! I have no self control when it comes to yummy chocolate so it's probably best I'm not there. ;) Great job on the mileage. You seem to be completely recovered & definitely not wasting any time on accumulating your mileage! Wowsa!
