I had a terrible migraine last night and woke up with an unhappy stomach this morning. I really didn't feel like running today but my desire to get three runs in this week is strong. I hopped on the treadmill anyway and managed to squeak out 2.55 miles. I spent probably 10 minutes of that time running at a 6.2mph pace. So even though my overall pace was near a 12 min mile I feel like I pushed myself with those faster intervals.
