I'm not really motivated to run. I think I'm ok with that although I know the benefits of regular running are HUGE! I have a few more weeks of the medical study so I think I'll just be walking for the month of November and not feel guilty about it. I walked on the treadmill while the kids napped today. Did an incline of 4 at 4.2mph for 30 minutes.
I just got back from kickboxing too! Whew! That REALLY wipes me out. But what a good tired feeling it is!
