Day 314

Challenge complete!! Now I'm going to have to walk for at least 5 days straight because my knee is none too happy with me! Time for lots of ice and ibuprofen! :)

Jessy and Becca: Two friends. One in South Texas, the other in the land of the Huskers. Together we have one simple goal. To spend 30 minutes a day, running or walking, indoors or out, for the next 365 days. With seven kiddos between us, carving out 30 minutes of "me time" (and spending it exercising) will be tough. The challenge is huge, but the results will be huge too. This blog is our journal to encourage one another through our sweat, tears, and leg cramps.
