I put off my 30 minutes until the end of the day. I planned on a walk during The Biggest Loser, but considering the motivational nature of the show, I found myself doing a slow (5.2 mph) run. I'm having trouble with motivation lately though! I'm not sure how I'm feeling about the place I'm at this far into the challenge...I guess when this all started, I thought I'd be in much better shape and running with ease now! My motivation and ability to run has definitely ebbed and flowed this year!
