day 15

Wow! I can't believe it's only day 15. It feels like we've been at this for months! I walked today at 4mph and an incline of 4. We got some small 2lb medicine balls for Lexi's therapy that I thought might be fun to try to carry while I walked. I did an "8 minute abs" video which means I can cross off a day of core/strength training towards my goal of getting a watch. I was really tired after today's 30 minutes. Not really a sleepy tired, just worn out. It felt more like I walked 100 miles. Hope you had a good day.
