Day 31

One month down...eleven to go!! We're 1/12 of the way there...yay us!! :)
I felt pretty comfortable with my walk again today...1.55 miles. I had a little back pain on and off throughout the day but didn't notice any while I walked on the treadmill.
Bring on another month!!
