day 154

I am a "stress-pot." I am stressed right now. When I am stressed I do not want to move. I want to mope, and stew, and feel sorry for myself. And all that moping, and stewing, and sorryness goes really good with a bowl of ice cream. But I usually feel better if I skip the sweets and hit my feet. So here's to 30 minutes of taking a step in the right direction.
