day 18

Today is a "rest day" so I took it super easy. I walked at a very comfortable, slow pace since my knees are feeling kinda achy after yesterday. So that I didn't lose my mind I started reading "Three Cups of Tea" by Greg Mortenson and David Oliver Relin. I can cross off another day of core/strength training as well.
I'd say it's just another day in treadmill paradise. :)
